Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera focus change structure that reduces an area occupied by components relative to a camera and can arrange a camera part at a free position, and a portable telephone set with a camera. SOLUTION: When a protrusion 8-2 of a decorative ring 8 is turned with a finger, an arm 8-1 belonging to the decorative ring 8 transfers turning to a lens turning lever 6, and the lens turning lever 6 turns a camera lens 5 and moves the camera lens 5 up and down at the same time so as to switch focus for normal photographing and close-up photographing.
