Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a muffler effectively preventing moisture absorption of an acoustic material. SOLUTION: The muffler (100) applied for a fuel cell system is equipped with a case (101) to which exhaust gas is supplied, and an acoustic material (102) fitted inside the case (101), a moisture-absorbent sheet (103) is provided at an interface between the acoustic material (102) and the exhaust gas. The acoustic material is prevented from storing moisture and degrading sound-deadening performance in order that the moisture-absorbent sheet substantially shield moisture.
