SOLUTION: In the label, a label sheet 10 provided with an adhesive layer 2 on the rear surface of a label base layer 1 and a label discrimination information communication sheet 20 having a linear or coiled antenna line 4 and an IC chip 5 formed by lamination on the surface of an antenna support base layer 3 smaller than the label sheet 10 are stuck so that the IC chip 5 is superposed on the side of the adhesive layer 2, and cut lines 9 which extend from the label base layer 1 to the antenna support base layer 3 and go in a direction crossing the antenna line 4 of the label discrimination information communication sheet 20 are provided in several positions of a sheet edge part of the label sheet 10, and inside end parts of the cut lines extend into an area of the antenna line 4.
