IC LABEL PREVENTED FROM BEING REPLACED

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a label which allows unauthentic opening to be distinctly discriminated by breaking an antenna for communication of an IC chip by cuts provided in the label to destroy the label when opening an article main body or a case and making discrimination information unreadable when sealing an open part of the article main body or the case again. SOLUTION: In the label, a label sheet 10 provided with an adhesive layer 2 on the rear surface of a label base layer 1 and a label discrimination information communication sheet 20 having a linear or coiled antenna line 4 and an IC chip 5 formed by lamination on the surface of an antenna support base layer 3 smaller than the label sheet 10 are stuck so that the IC chip 5 is superposed on the side of the adhesive layer 2, and cut lines 9 which extend from the label base layer 1 to the antenna support base layer 3 and go in a direction crossing the antenna line 4 of the label discrimination information communication sheet 20 are provided in several positions of a sheet edge part of the label sheet 10, and inside end parts of the cut lines extend into an area of the antenna line 4.
