Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent any shock from happening in switching, while controlling accurately a driven body irrespective of a change of a velocity. SOLUTION: An instantaneous velocity Vins is output as velocity information, when an absolute value Vdif of a velocity of the driven body is V1 or more, an average velocity Vave is output as the velocity information, when the absolute value Vdif of the velocity is V2 or less, and a mixed velocity Vmix is calculated therebetween pursuant to a prescribed expression, using the instantaneous velocity Vins and the average velocity Vave.
