Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a linear moving/rotary mechanism with fine positioning accuracy, by using a ball screw/ball spline mechanism. SOLUTION: In the linear moving/rotary mechanism 1, the ball screw/ball spline mechanism 3 and a hollow planetary reduction gear 4 are coaxially disposed in a cylindrical housing 2, a drive shaft 6 extends to penetrate them, and a ball screw nut 7, a ball spline nut 8, the hollow planetary reduction gear 4 and a driven-side pulley 5 are arranged along a center axis 1a direction of the drive shaft 6 in this order. Torque input to the driven-side pulley 5 is input to a hollow rotational shaft 21 of the hollow planetary reduction gear 4, and a decelerated rotation output is output from a rear-stage internal gear 32. The decelerated rotation output is transmitted to the ball spline nut 8 connected and fixed to the rear-stage internal gear 32.
