Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reactive dye having good sharpness and high color fastness to light and a water-based ink for printing. SOLUTION: The present invention provides a dye represented by general formula (1) (wherein A, B and C are each independently an aromatic group or a heterocyclic group and two or more groups of A, B and C are each a heterocyclic group or the ring C is a heterocyclic ring selected from a group consisting of a pyridine ring, a pyrazole ring, a thiophene ring and a thiazole ring) and having a specific structure, the reactive dye represented by general formula (1) and having at least one reactive group and the water-based ink for printing in an inkjet system containing the dye represented by general formula (1) and having the specific structure.
