Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag which is not bulky when it is not used, the opening of which is automatically opened for the insertion of a content in using, whose packaging is completed when its opening is closed and requires less work, and which generates less waste in disposing. SOLUTION: This packaging body 1 is provided with a top open shallow bag shaped packaging material 2 having a bottom part 2a and a side face part 2b and with an inner sole body 3 to be laid on the bottom part of the packaging material. This inner sole body is made of an elastically restorable material, and at least both ends of the body is formed as a folding part 4 to be folded back with the side face part to make the packaging material flatly foldable. By releasing the folded condition, the restoring force of the folded part of the inner sole body to be in a flat condition causes the side face of the packaging material to be pushed up to automatically open the opening 1a of the material.
