AIR CONDITIONING CONTROL DEVICE, AIR CONDITIONING CONTROL METHOD AND AIR CONDITIONER FOR VEHICLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning control device capable of preventing air intrusion to the inside of a compressor due to intake pressure of the compressor becoming negative pressure and speedily displaying a heating function by a hot gas heater cycle, an air conditioning control method and an air conditioner for a vehicle. SOLUTION: This air conditioning control device of the air conditioner for the vehicle is furnished with the hot gas heater cycle to heat air conditioning air passing through an evaporator 3 by making the evaporator 3 work as a radiator by passing a refrigerant discharged from the compressor 1 through the evaporator 3 and returning it to the compressor 1, a blower 11 to blow the air conditioning air is controlled so that air quantity of the air conditioning air passing through the evaporator 3 becomes less than specified air quantity in starting heating by the hot gas heater cycle and the compressor 1 is made to work simultaneously on or after starting controlling the blower 11.
