Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disinfecting and sterilizing agent composition which demonstrates unprecedented effectiveness in disinfection and sterilization of a wet wiper. SOLUTION: Disinfecting and sterilizing action is remarkably heightened by using an activator to activate the sterilizing action of chlorine dioxide together with an activity sustaining agent to suppress decomposition of chlorine dioxide. Furthermore, a disinfecting and sterilizing method is presented which employs the disinfecting and sterilizing agent composition and does not affect human skin. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
