Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for connecting a capacitor to a lead electrode for efficiently shaving the surface of the lead electrode of the capacitor. SOLUTION: When a rotary shaft 9b is rotated in which a probe 8a is mounted, a corner 8c of the probe 8a is rotated and moved while pressing the surface of the lead electrodes 7a, 7b of an electric double layer capacitor, thus shaving off an oxide film formed on the surface of the lead electrodes 7a, 7b, and reducing the contact resistance between the probe 8a and the lead electrodes 7a, 7b. In that case, since the surface of the lead electrodes 7a, 7b can be shaved by the probe 8a by the amount of the rotation of the rotary shaft 9b, thus efficiently shaving the surface of the lead electrodes 7a, 7b.
