Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery capable of suppressing self-discharge even if it is left under high temperatures, and an electrolyte used in it. SOLUTION: An electrode winding body 20 formed by laminating a positive electrode 21 and a negative electrode 22 through a separator 23 and winding them is provided in the inside of a battery can 11. Electrolyte is impregnated in the separator 23. The electrolyte contains quaternary ammonium having an ionic bond of nitrogen and boron.
