Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Web service system operation monitoring method and operation monitoring system that can identify which path is at fault. SOLUTION: By the method for monitoring the operating status of a Web service system, a monitoring service center (monitoring server 8) in place of a user (terminal 2) acquires an access list of service providing affiliates from a Web service operation system of a Web service system operator, or creates a pseudo workflow of the Web service operation system of the Web service system operator, and then simulates the user terminal 2, a Web service server 1 and service provider servers 3 to 5 to monitor the operating status of each of them.
