Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyurethane-produced elastic member on which a toner is hardly flocculated or fused, whose surface is little shaven and which has excellent durability, and to provide an image-forming apparatus using the same. SOLUTION: The elastic member comprises a polyurethane elastomer or polyurethane foam obtained by stirring and mixing a group (A): a polyol, a polyisocyanate, a catalyst, and temperature-controlling microcapsules, or a group (B): a urethane prepolymer synthesized from a polyol and a polyisocyanate, a chain extender, a catalyst, and temperature-controlling microcapsules.
