Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a calcium L-threonate preparation whose elution with gastric juice can be prevented to enhance bioutility. SOLUTION: This oral administration composition containing the calcium L-threonate is characterized by containing a hydroxycarboxylic acid except L-threonic acid and L-ascorbic acid. The hydroxycarboxylic acid is preferably citric acid, lactic acid or malic acid. It is preferable that the content of the hydroxycarboxylic acid is 0.1 to 10 mass % based on the calcium L-threonate. The dosage form is preferably a tablet. It is preferable that the tablet is coated with an enteric coating. The enteric coating is preferably selected from gelatin, shellac, zein, ethyl cellulose, and methacrylic acid copolymers. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
