REAPING PRETREATMENT DEVICE OF HARVESTER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable smooth transfer of a standing culm with an endless circulation belt 51 to a reaping device 34 independently of the volume of the culm and prevent the transfer trouble in an adjacent transfer path even in the case of transferring a large-volume of the culm. SOLUTION: A transfer guide member 52 and a transfer guide rod 53 guiding the transfer of the culm are placed oppositely to an endless circulation belt 51. The transfer guide member 52 transfers and guides the culm with a rear transfer guide part 52b and has a rigid form to resist the elastic deformation caused by the contact reaction force of the culm. The transfer guide rod 53 has an elastic property to protrude the rod from the rear transfer guide part 52b of the transfer guide member 52 toward the endless circulation belt 51 in a state free from contact with the culm and to cause the elastic deformation in the direction separating from the endless circulation belt 51 when the contact reaction force of the culm exceeds a prescribed level.
