METHOD FOR REPRODUCING STILL PICTURE CARTOON IN PORTABLE TELEPHONE OR MOBILE TERMINAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is difficult to identify a too small balloon text since a display section of a portable telephone or a mobile terminal is small when trying to reproduce image information including the balloon text as it is in a method for distributing information represented by a still picture cartoon to the portable telephone or mobile terminal. SOLUTION: When reproducing still picture cartoon data, for example, the image data of the still picture cartoon are reproduced, the character information of the balloon text corresponding to images of the still picture cartoon or information representing the text as sound source data is then reproduced after the lapse of a predetermined time, and such reproducing operations are alternately repeated as many times as the number of frames.
