Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a thin sintered magnet of high orientation by raising the fluidity of a compound and reducing the disturbance of surface orientation caused by friction, while restraining oxidation due to the rise of a formation temperature and an increase in remaining carbon amount due to an increase in resin amount. SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of the sintered magnet, the compound is formed by mixing a thermoplastic resin and magnetic material powder, the compound is formed to a molded item by an extrusion or injection molding machine, and the thermoplastic resin is degreased from the molded item and sintered. A supercritical fluid is dissolved inside the extrusion or injection molding machine and mixed with the compound, and the molded item is formed by extrusion or injection molding in a magnetic field.
