Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To incline and roll a displacement variable section even in the case of generation of malfunction in an electrical control system to enhance reliability and safety. SOLUTION: In the hydraulic pump 1, a command unit 41 supplying a command pressure P to a hydraulic pilot section 28 of a regulator 24 is constituted of an electromagnetic proportional pressure reducing valve 43, a throttle 47, and a shuttle valve 48 or the like. The electromagnetic proportional pressure reducing valve 43 generates a pilot pressure Pi corresponding to the rotation number of a motor within a tubular path 44A and generates a maintenance pressure Ph in a tubular path 44B located in the upstream side of the throttle 47, and outputs a higher pressure of the maintenance pressure and the pilot pressure Pi from the shuttle valve 48 as the command pressure P. A feedback mechanism 30 is constituted of a converting section 31 taking out the inclining and rolling action of the inclined plate 21 by converting the same into an axial directional displacement and a translation bar 33 moving parallel to the axial direction of a rotary shaft 13 by the axial directional displacement taken out by the converting section 31.
