Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold a wind power generation system at a certain level from the water surface by enabling the system to follow change in the water surface while fixedly supporting the system on the water. SOLUTION: A steel tower bottom base 4 where the wind power generation system I is installed is made to be a floating structure. Vertically penetrating cylindrical guides 7 are fixed to a plurality of points of the steel tower bottom base 4. Lower ends of piles 9 inserted into inside of each of the cylindrical guides 4 are driven into the sea bottom 8 and fixed, and vertical motion of the each cylindrical guides 7 along the each piles 9 enables the steel tower bottom base 4 to move vertically due to change in the water level. A space between lower end parts of each of the cylindrical guides 7 and lower end side positions of the piles 9 are kept watertight by an extensible cover 12 to prevent adhesion of seashells or the like to this space.
