Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a device, to simplify structure for economy, especially to become effective to a CIS reading system by omitting a glass dedicated to skim through a document and a member for scooping up the document. SOLUTION: A DF capable of skimming through the document is provided with a fan for blowing from downstream of a carrying roller in order to omit a member for scooping up and separating the document from a platen glass, and a guide member having a blowing port thereof. With this structure, since a document scoop-up member becomes unnecessary, the document can be skimmed through in an area of a normal platen glass. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
