Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging container capable of securing a visibility of a packaged item from outside and preventing the packaged item from rotating in the packaging container. SOLUTION: The packaging container has an outside box 12, which is formed so that at least a part of a cosmetic container 11 stored inside is visually recognized from outside, and a middle frame 13 which has the cosmetic container 11 fitted and is stored in the outside box 12 with position regulated. An engaging part 30 is formed on the middle frame 13 so as to engage with an engaging recess 24 formed on the cosmetic container 11 in order to prevent rotation of the cosmetic container 11 with respect to the middle frame 13.
