Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring instrument simply applicable to a training device. SOLUTION: This measuring instrument for use in the training device 100 is provided with a weight, a wire connected to the weight, and a load producing means moving the weight upward by moving the other end of the wire. The instrument is provided with position detecting means 20 and 40 detecting the position of the weight, a load detecting means 30 detecting the load applied to the wire, and a display means 60 displaying notification information based on the detection data obtained by the position detecting means 20 and the load detecting means 30; and is characterized in that the load detecting means 30 and the display means 60 are provided with attachment parts detachably attached to the training device 100, respectively.
