Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor structure of high strength, wherein breakage due to centrifugal force can be prevented. SOLUTION: The rotor structure of a multilayer embedded permanent-magnet motor is constituted of at least two embedded groove groups are formed in a rotor so that they are symmetric, with respect to the rotation axis of the rotor. Each of the embedded groove groups includes a plurality of embedded groove pairs, disposed adjacent in the direction of the radius of the rotor. A plurality of the embedded groove pairs are so formed that the center post of an outer embedded groove pair is narrower than the center post of an inner embedded groove pair.
