METHOD FOR PROVIDING INFORMATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for providing an information management system suitable for the task configurations of each client for realizing its introduction in a short period at low costs, and for flexibly facilitating countermeasures to future system change and to provide a business model. SOLUTION: This method for providing an information management system comprises demo software D1 functioning as a demonstration program constructed so that its functions can be easily added and customized and a functional parts group, and includes the distribution step of the demo software, the delivery step of a prototype system in which the functional parts group is added and customized to the demo software and a step to gradually improve and complete the prototype system by customization. Also, the distribution of the demo software, the selection of necessary functions from the function parts group, the estimation of this system and the provision of the prototype system are executed by using a network.
