SOLUTION: Cards P are placed in a stack state on a stacking table 26 of a card collection part 25, and an uppermost card PA is allowed to face a card processing path 5 by a compression coil spring 30. When a safety lug member 60 travels in the direction shown by an arrow A-B, the card PA whose front end and rear end are engaged with safety lugs 60a and 60b, respectively, is conveyed to the arrow A-B direction. The uppermost card PA collected in the card collection part 25 is positioned so as to be placed on a gauge 6a of a passage wall 6 so that a rear end 100 faces the card processing path 5.
