PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ticket examination processing system for using a seat with the high degree of freedom corresponding to the desire of a user. SOLUTION: This ticket examination processing system is provided with an entrance ticket examination means (4) for deciding entrance ticket examination based on information read from an information storage medium in which boarding information and set information are recorded, and for recording entrance information in the medium according to the decision of entrance ticket examination permission to permit entrance, a recording means (3) set corresponding to a reserved seat in a vehicle for recording use seat information in the medium and an exit ticket examination means (4) for deciding exit ticket examination based on the information read from the medium, and for permitting exit under one condition that a use fee corresponding to the use seat information is not more than a purchase sum corresponding to the seat information, and for requesting fare adjustment processing based on the clarification of the shortage of the fee due to the fact that the use fee corresponding to the use seat information is higher than the purchase sum corresponding to the seat information to non-permit exit.
