SERVICE CONDITION SUPERVISING SYSTEM OF WEB SERVICE SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system that allows immediately supervising service conditions during the operation (actual operation) of an actual machine without providing the Web service server of a Web service system provider with a supervisory system. SOLUTION: A user terminal 2, Web service servers 9, 10 of different service system providers, servers 3, 4, 5 of different service providers, and a supervisory server 8 of a supervisory service center having a supervisory system 81 are connected via communication lines 11, 12, 13 to one another in such a manner that they can send and receive information to and from one another. The supervisory server 8 has the function of receiving and transferring via the supervisory system 81 information corresponding to Web service requests and responses between the user terminal 2 and the Web service servers 9, 10 of the Web service system operators and between the Web service servers 9, 10 and the servers 3, 4, 5 of the service providers according to Web service requests from the user terminal 2, and of analyzing passing information to supervise the service conditions.
