Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel with resistance film type diodes, allowing reduction of an installation height and an arrangement area of the diodes to reduce a thickness of the touch panel. SOLUTION: The plurality of diodes DX1m, DX2m, DY1n, Dy2n including semiconductor layers directly formed on first electrode layers 5 and second electrode layers 5 by screen printing or stamping printing, wherein an X-axis direction and a Y-axis direction of a transparent resistance film is applied with a prescribed voltage generating a potential gradient, are arranged at prescribed intervals on an insulating film 3 of a prescribed width formed in each side on the periphery related to the transparent resistance film formed on a glass substrate 1 opposite to an potential detection electrode film. The first electrode layer 5 connected to one side of each the diode is electrically conducted to the transparent resistance film through an opening part. The other electrodes of the diodes DX1m, DY2m are connected to a voltage supply terminal Vb, and the other electrodes of the diodes DX2m, DY1n are connected to a voltage supply terminal Va2, by the respective second electrode layers.
