Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly setting resistant and highly fatigue resistant coil spring having high fatigue strength while securing high permanent setting resistance under high load stress. SOLUTION: The highly setting resistant and highly fatigue resistant coil spring using a spring steel wire has a nitrided layer depth of 20μm-50μm, an internal hardness (Vickers hardness) of HV540 or higher as well as a surface roughness Rmax of 15μm or less and a degree of steepness of 0.02 or lower.
