Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movable mechanism capable of easily fixing a rotary body in an optional position, by easily moving a rotary shaft, even if there is no motive power for complicating a structure, increasing weight and enlarging a device, in a mechanism for rotating the rotary shaft or the rotary body around the rotary shaft. SOLUTION: This mechanism rotates the rotary shaft or the rotary body around the rotary shaft. A bearing of the rotary shaft is formed in a shape except for a true circle.
