Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a packing material in a space part is easily recessed or damaged, and that the function as a protective material is degraded when an object to be packaged forming a large space at a top of the inside is packed in a corrugated fiberboard-made packing material formed in a parallelopiped shape. SOLUTION: The packaging device comprises a packaging box body to store an object to be packaged with a longitudinal face flap and a width face flap extending from four ridges of an upper opening end, and shock-absorbing members disposed on both width face sides of the packaging box body to protect corners of the object. A reinforcing member in which a reinforcement to be interposed between the longitudinal face of the packaging box and the shock-absorbing member by folding at least one longitudinal face flap into two or in an L-shape so that a tip reaches a base portion by a folding line parallel to the ridge extends to at least one end is provided on a top face side of the packaging box.
