SOLUTION: The method includes preparing an SMC1 containing reinforcing fibers for a substrate and an SMC2 for a heat insulating member containing a foaming agent foamed by heating and setting the SMC1 for the substrate and the SMC2 for the insulating member so as the SMC2 for the heat insulating member to be the surface side in a press mold 3.
