STRUCTURE FOR GLOVE BOX

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a wider space inside a body and at the upper part of the body and to also simplify a structure in a glove box in which ventilation is executed by circulating air in the body. SOLUTION: The glove box has the following constitution. The body 4 is composed of a bottom plate 1, a side plate 2, an upper plate 3, and a tubular strut 16. The lower part of the body 4 is supported by a trestle of a tube body 19 having a venthole 22. Air supply holes 14, 15, which are made to communicate with the venthole 22, are provided to the bottom plate 1 and the strut 16. Therefore, the trestle 19 functions as an air supply header. The air (k) from an air supply device passes through the trestle 19 of the tube body and is supplied to the inside of the body 4 via the venthole 22 and the air supply holes 14, 15. The lower end of an exhaust duct 17 is attached to the upper plate 3. The upper part of the exhaust duct 17 is fixed to an external building 21. Consequently, the exhaust duct 17 is composed so as to function not only as a member for discharging the exhaust (e) but also as an earthquake-proof member. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
