Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a milling system for creating a cavity in a bone. SOLUTION: This milling system 20 is equipped with a drive shaft 128, a frame 24 for supporting a cutter, and a cutter 22 for dissecting a cavity. The drive shaft 128 has a distal end part constructed so as to form a part of a drive joint for connecting with the cutter 22. The frame includes a shaft part and a cutter attaching part for attaching the cutter to the shaft part at a first angle nearly equal to the acute angle. The attaching part includes a bracket 64 laterally extended from the shaft part to a bearing part.
