SOLUTION: The glucose concentration measuring apparatus 1 comprises: a light irradiation part 4 provided with wide band light sources 7-11 for generating light to irradiate a living body A with and a spectroscope 3 for dispersing the light emitted from the wide band light sources 7-11; a photodetection part 5 for detecting the light diffused or transmitted inside the living body A on the outside of the living body A; and an arithmetic part 6 for calculating a glucose concentration inside the living body A on the basis of the spectrum of the light detected by the photodetection part 5.
