WATERING FUNCTION INSPECTION METHOD FOR TUNNEL WATER SPRAYING EQUIPMENT PROVIDED WITH TWO-STAGE WATERING FUNCTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a watering function inspection method for tunnel water spraying equipment provided with a two-stage watering function, for measuring a watering flow rate with the lapse of time and inspecting the watering function on the basis of the relation of the measured values of the watering flow rate and elapsed time and a preset decision reference value. SOLUTION: The relation of the watering flow rate and arrival time is measured by using normal equipment first (S100), a tolerance is added to the measured value of the arrival time, and a decision reference for inspections is set (S101). Then, on the spot, inspection equipment is operated and a flow rate sprayed from a water spraying head is measured with the lapse of time (S102). Then, whether or not the measured time reaching each water spraying flow rate is within the allowable range of arrival reference time to the same water spraying flow rate in the decision reference is decided (S103). Then, in the case of "Yes" in S103, it is decided that the two-stage watering function is normal (S104). Also, in the case of "No", it is decided that the two-stage watering function is abnormal (S105) and the maintenance of the equipment is performed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
