Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a milk component-containing coffee beverage packaged in a hermetically sealed container causing no gelled precipitation even during a production process or after long preservation, and thereby kept stable in its quality for a long period of time. SOLUTION: The milk component-containing coffee beverage packaged in the hermetically sealed container contains a coffee component at ≥5 wt.% in terms of raw bean, and a milk component at ≥0.8 wt.% in terms of fat-free milk solid. The beverage is structured as follows: adjusting an amount added in accordance with the amount of the milk component or the amount of sodium hydrogencarbonate so that at least one kind selected from citric acid, malic acid, tartaric acid, lactic acid, gluconic acid, succinic acid, adipic acid, fumaric acid, itaconic acid, α-ketoglutaric acid, phytic acid and phosphoric acid, preferably citric acid is added.
