IMAGE RECORDING APPARATUS AND IMAGE RECORDING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily eliminate an unwanted part if this part is inserted into a program a user originally wants to watch in video-recorded programs. SOLUTION: At least image information included in a broadcast program is inputted. Video-recording reservation information including at least channel information, video-recording start information and video-recording finish information is acquired. A broadcast program is inputted according to the video-recording reservation information, and at least image information included in this broadcast program is recorded in a recording medium. An image recording apparatus is connected to an external apparatus by a communication means. Eliminating information including elimination start information and elimination finish information for eliminating a part of the broadcast program is acquired from the external apparatus.
