Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of the need to stabilize a resin applying method for supplying the planarity of a turntable in a rotary drive device used for a disk drive from the view point of a high speed and high density when a spindle motor is manufactured. SOLUTION: In the rotary drive device designed to rotatively drive an object to be rotated and provided with a turntable 13 and a driving part, a contact angle stabilizing agent 13b is applied on the turntable 13, and then the contact surface of the object to be rotated cured by applying a resin thereon with the disk is cut after the rotary driving device is assembled.
