VENTILATING FACILITY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilating facility stably obtaining a fixed amount of ventilation, reducing thermal load into a room in summer and preventing dew condensation in winter. SOLUTION: In this ventilating facility 100, a ventilator 6 having an outside air lead-in port 1, an outside air lead-out port 2, an inside air lead-in port 3 and an inside air lead-out port 4 and including a heat exchanging means and a blowing means, is disposed in an attic space 8. The ventilating facility 100 is provided with air supply ports 9a, 10a and exhaust ports 9b, 10b communicating with living room spaces 9, 10 of a building 7; an outside air supply line 11 communicating the outside air lead-out port 2 with the air supply ports 9a, 10a; an inside air exhaust line 12 communicating the inside air lead-in port 3 with the exhaust ports 9b, 10b; an exhaust line 13 provided at a part of the building 7; and an outside air lead-in line 15 communicating the outside air inlet 14 provided at the building 7, with the outside air lead-in port 1.
