ALKALI CLEANER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alkali cleaner which extends life of a cleaning solution, lowers concentration of the cleaner, lowers the treatment temperature, improves coagulation-precipitation property of washing waste and reduces environmental impact when treating the washing waste. SOLUTION: The alkali cleaner comprises (A) 0.005-1 wt.% amphoteric surfactant wherein a lipophilic group belongs to an alkylamine derivative, (B) 0.001-1 wt.% cationic surfactant having a lipophilic group similar to that in the amphoteric surfactant, (C) 0.002-0.05 wt.% nonionic surfactant, (D) 0.05-0.2 wt.% phosphate such as potassium pyrophosphate, potassium tripolyphosphate and 0.002-0.03 wt.% silicate such as sodium metasilicate and (E) the balance being water. The cationic surfactant is not only used as an component compounded with the cleaner but also as a supplementary additive for demulsification when the cleaner emulsifies.
