SOLUTION: This hair-dyeing composition is constituted by henna as a first agent and hydrogen water as a second agent. Preferably, the hair-dyeing composition is characterized by consisting of the henna as the first agent, the hydrogen water as the second agent and a plant oil as a third agent.
