WEIGHT SORTING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exchange a long conveyor and a short conveyor each other, and to meter objects to be metered having different length with the same work capacity without changing belt speed of a weighing conveyor. SOLUTION: A weight sorting device 1 has a measuring part 2 having an approach running part 3 for conveyance, and a weighing part 4 for weighing the object 40 to be metered in a case B. The approach running part 3 comprises an approach running conveyor 5a, a pair of approach running part mounting plates 9a, 9a for supporting the approach running conveyor 5a so as to be freely attached/detached, and an approach running part motor 16a. The weighing part 4 comprises a weighing means 30, the weighing conveyor 5b, a pair of weighing part mounting plates 9b, 9b for supporting the weighing conveyor 5b so as to be freely attached/detached, and a weighing part motor 16b provided at a position in rotary symmetry to the approach running part motor 16a. The approach running part mounting plate 9a and the weighing part mounting plate 9b are symmetrical. The approach conveyor 5a and the weighing conveyor 5b can be exchanged each other, and are constituted so that one conveyor is long and the other conveyor is short. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
