Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a can with a screw which is made of a metallic sheet which is hard to hurt a finger or the like when a user handles it and hard to be corroded by the content. SOLUTION: By this manufacturing method of the can with the screw, the neck part is formed by necking the upper part of a blind cylindrical can body, a mouth top part is formed by narrowing the diameter of the upper part of the neck part smaller by again performing necking, the small diameter part of the mouth top is formed by further performing necking, a thin wall is made by cutting the outer periphery of the small diameter part of the mouth top and that thinned part is outward curled.
