PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the exchange of the pachinko balls or the like for the cash money without the interposition of the prizes. SOLUTION: This apparatus has a counting part 102 which determines the number of pachinko balls, an exchange ratio recording part 110 for recording the ratio of exchanging the pachinko balls for the prize information (money boxes for bucks), a value of prize information decision part 114 for determining the number of money boxes for bucks equivalent to the pachinko balls from the number of the pachinko balls determined by the counting part 102 and the record contents in the exchange ratio recording part 110 and an IC card writer 116 for writing the number of money boxes for bucks into an external IC card 20. The cash money can be dispensed from a cash dispenser according to the number of money boxes for bucks written into the IC card 20. The 'money boxes for bucks' is not a tangible object but means the mere information.
