PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk device capable of high-speed searching/recording and reproducing having a high transfer rate of reproduced data. SOLUTION: A position detecting part 29 outputs a position signal corresponding to a rotation position of a rotor 11 for driving a disk 1. A power transistor at a power supply part 20 forms a current path to three-phase coils 11-13 while executing high-frequency switching operation. The high-frequency switching operation for turning on/off the power transistor is executed by a switching control part 22 in response to the comparison result of a current detecting signal and a command signal. An energization control part 32 prepares an energization section signal phase-shifted from the position signal. The power transistor forms the current path to the coil in response to the energization section signal and changes a phase shift amount of the energization section signal corresponding to a rotational speed of the disk 1.
