Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means which does not cause an FCS error in a DUT even though an error propagation code is inserted into a transmission XGMII, in a frame transmitting portion in an evaluation testing of an error frame abolishing function in the DUT as an object adopting, for example, the XGMII in an inner portion as a reference interface signal corresponding to a frame for an interlayer interface like network equipment of an Ethernet (R) interface of 10 gigabits. SOLUTION: The frame transmitting portion is provided with an error pattern inserting portion between a frame generating portion and a FCS calculating portion, in the testing apparatus provided with the frame transmitting portion to transmit a testing frame to a testing object network transmitting apparatus (DUT) and a frame receiving portion to receive the frame transmitted from the DUT which has received the testing frame.
