SOLUTION: The dual band antenna device with a surface mounting type antenna part, is provided with: a joining means joining between a 1st mounting pattern which is selected according to a predetermined tuning frequency and in which an end part of the surface mounting type antenna part is mounted, and the ground; a matching means which is connected to a 2nd mounting pattern in which the other end part of the surface mounting type antenna part is mounted; and an electrostatic capacity forming means which is a pattern for the dual band, and forms an electric capacity to the ground of a part between the end part of the surface mounting type antenna part and the other end part.
