SERVICE PROVISION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service provision system inducing a user to use a service. SOLUTION: A ring back tone transmission system 10 is the service provision system for providing the service only to users registered in advance. The system includes: a receiving section 103 for receiving, from a communication terminal 202, request information requesting service provision, and terminal identification information; a decision section 104 for deciding existence or non-existence of the registration information in regard to the user of the communication terminal 202, based on the registration information and the terminal identification information in regard to the registered users; a transmission section 105 for transmitting registration promotion information, prompting service registration, to the communication terminal 202, when it is decided that no registration information is existent in regard to the user of the communication terminal 202; and a provision section 107 for providing the service to the communication terminal 202, when it is decided that registration information is existent in regard to the user of the communication terminal 202.
